FAQ

How is it different from other productivity or wellbeing programmes?

Most programmes focus on hacks or surface habits. This one goes deeper. We help you understand how your mind, brain, and body work together, and how to change the patterns that keep you stuck. It’s rooted in science, delivered in a human way, and built to make change that lasts

Do I have to join the live sessions?

No, they’re optional, but attendance is highly encouraged as it’s a core part of the learning experience. If you prefer to go at your own pace, you’ll still get to watch the recorded sessions. Live sessions are a chance to go deeper, ask questions, and connect with others if you want to cement learning and accelerate your progress.
